- Pressing: gentle pneumatic pressing with skin contact 2–4 hours

Tasting Notes
Appearance: Light golden-yellow with greenish tints, clear and bright.
Nose: Fresh and approachable — green apple, ripe pear, lemon peel, and delicate wildflower notes. A subtle herbal character adds complexity typical of Slavonian Graševina.
Palate: Light to medium body with lively, food-friendly acidity. Flavours of crisp apple, citrus, and a hint of chamomile. A clean and refreshing wine with genuine varietal character and easy drinkability.
Finish: Fresh and clean — 25–35 seconds.
