Winemaking

Tasting Notes
Appearance: Pale straw-yellow with greenish reflections, bright and clear.
Nose: Elegant and complex — white peach, elderflower, and lime blossom from the Rajnski Rizling, layered with ripe apple, herb, and mineral undertones contributed by the Graševina.
Palate: Medium-bodied and harmonious. Lively acidity frames flavours of citrus zest, pear, and a subtle floral note. The finish is clean and mineral, with lingering freshness.
Finish: Medium — 30–40 seconds.
